Learn about Research supported exercises to support wellbeing and resilience including recommended gratitude practices by positive psychologists. ☀️Learn simple mindfulness meditation steps. ☀️ Experience Heart practice and meditation. ☀️Full Self massage routine practice ☀️Restorative yoga practice ☀️Breathwork ☀️Singing Bowls Sound Bath ☀️Health smoothie 🍹 *Includes handout with some key practices Early bird: £50 before 7th May £60 thereafter. *Use code ‘Earlybird’ at checkout. You will learn practices and exercises for wellbeing, resilience and relaxation. You can choose any of the practices that you can do at home on a daily or weekly basis.
