Lalita has studied psychology since she was 14, through GCSE's to a-levels. She then went on to do a degree in Psychology and then a Masters in Psychological Wellbeing in England. She found the practice of meditation and mindfulness very useful since her teenage years and has been interested in the spiritual side of things since an early age, her interests in the mystical started with Astrology as a child. She started practising more yoga and been on a self discovering journey and started travelling more in her 20s. Then trained as a Yoga teacher and Meditation Facilitator amongst many other things, all in holistic wellness and positive psychology. She loves to bring research and positive psychology into her Yoga teachings and meditation. Realising that all of those practices and teachings make a beautiful whole and support each other to bring holistic wellbeing.

Mission
Lalita loves to share the ancient teachings of yoga, where a lot of the practices recently have been supported and researched by psychologists and scientists. All the teachings which have their roots from the East that have been around for thousands of years and are now spread increasingly to the West - finally confirmed by science. Her mission is to to support as many people as possible to find their inner peace and live their lives from their hearts. She believes that one of the ways to help move into a more peaceful and loving world is to start individually. This has a snowball effect and can affect societies and the larger population over time. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness and positive psychology are all great ways to do this, this is why she is passionate in these areas and studies and shares them. It is in her greatest hopes that these disciplines will be researched even more and will grow further; helping even more people and ultimately society as a whole, our Earth, nature and all beings. Living from the heart is the way to move into a compassionate world - this is what yoga teaches.
