Welcome to Beingful! My name is Lalita Victoria. I share
I am passionate about yoga, meditation and positive psychology. Coming from a heart-centred approach, I love sharing the ancient Eastern Spiritual teachings and integrating the wisdom with Coaching/ positive psychology in my offerings.
I facilitate events, workshops, sound baths and offer 1:1 Coaching or Yoga Sessions. I also have a downloadable Meditations and release Conscious Music such as affirmations or mantra based songs.
I am based in Northamptonshire. Most of my events/classes are in Wellingborough, Great Addington, Northampton and surrounding areas and some online.

More about Yoga & my classes
Yoga is a whole lifestyle and a lifelong practice. In my yoga classes I often incorporate physical postures (asanas), meditation, breath-work, sound and self-massage. The physical aspect of yoga is just one part of an all-encompassing whole. In the West, this is what most people understand yoga to be, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. I love to different practices into my classes/workshops, from positive psychology and spirituality. I believe the fusion of both together can create balance and support wellbeing.
